1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Larger items and any other items will incur a surcharge. Total shipping charges will be shown on the checkout page.

2. WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We ship worldwide. Were excited to announce we now offer Worldwide Shipping!

 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

This may vary depending on your region. For a standard shipping time, please refer to the table below:

– Handle time: 2-5 business days.

– Shipping time for USA: 5-9 business days.

– Shipping time for international: 10-22 business days.

4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to multiple addresses. Youll need to place your orders separately if you would like items delivered to multiple addresses.

 

5. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We support shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

 

6. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

We are unable to offer local VAT (Value Added Taxes) in countries outside the US. All taxes duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may or may not incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your customs department for more information about your countrys customs policies

 

7. THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

After finalizing your checkout, you will be able to change certain order information. You can contact us via 24x7help@pagangrove.net within 24 hours. If your order has already been shipped and you need it sent to an alternate address, we cannot help you. Please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, nor are we liable for payment customs/duties, or tax fees in the destination country. When placing an order, please review your personal information carefully.

 

As a friendly reminder, all shipping times listed in the chart above are calculated in business days and do not include weekends, and any claims on late delivery filed after 60 business days from the initial date of order placement will be rejected.
